Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. In case you face any issues, we are happy to assist you through the following policy:

  • You can exchange or return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
  • You can exchange or return the product through Quick Whole branches, provided you present the invoice and the product is in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange and Return Conditions within 30 Days for Manufacturing Defects:

  • You can exchange or return the product if it has a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the purchase date, based on a technical report from maintenance or authorized service centers.
  • If the 30-day period has expired, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. In this case, the customer must contact customer service at 01000898844 or via email info@quickwhole.com to register a maintenance complaint as per Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law.

Return or Exchange Procedure:

  1. Contact customer service via email: info@quickwhole.com or customer service number: 01000898844.
  2. Provide your order number and mobile phone number.
  3. Explain the reason for the return or exchange and specify the product you wish to exchange.
  4. If the product is damaged, not as shown on the website, or if the wrong size, color, or product was sent, explain the issue with clear pictures within two days of receiving the product.
  5. Quick Whole will cover all shipping costs if the product is damaged or if the wrong product, size, or color was sent, with a commitment to replace or refund it.
  6. If the return or exchange is for a reason other than the one mentioned above, the customer will bear the full shipping costs for the return or exchange.
  7. If an issue arises with the product after use, contact us and provide a detailed written explanation along with clear pictures as soon as the issue occurs.
  8. If the product requires a quality check, it will be received and inspected by the quality department, and the customer will be informed within 48 hours of receiving the product at the company’s location regarding the appropriate action for the order.
  9. If the customer has benefited from a promotion from Quick Whole, and after the exchange or return, the promotion terms are violated, the promotion will be canceled.
  10. The exchanged orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
  11. Return and exchange requests will be processed within 48 working hours.

Refund Methods:

  • If payment was made in cash, the refund will be issued through Vodafone Cash or any other electronic wallet.
  • If payment was made by credit card (Visa), the refund will be issued to the bank account.
